Shipping policy

Plants are only available to purchase within the UK currently, however if legislation changes next year, I may be able to offer shipping to the EU. If this does go ahead, the shipping policy will be updated accordingly. 

Orders are processed within one to three business days. Standard shipping is by Royal Mail Tracked 24 service and costs £4.99 (flat rate regardless of order size). Tracked 24 service aims for next day delivery, but is not guaranteed next day, and may take longer. If you require next day guaranteed delivery, this is £10 by Royal Mail and should be selected at checkout. 

If a parcel has not arrived 5 business days after it has been shipped, please let me know, as I will be in contact with Royal Mail to locate the item. If they confirm the parcel is on its way and not missing, I will wait for the parcel to arrive before I can offer any resolution. Plants are shipped with the utmost care and are often able to withstand 1 week in the post, however, if you do receive plants after a delay in postage, please contact me immediately with photos of any damage if this has occurred. 

In the event of a parcel being lost in the post, when this is confirmed by Royal Mail, a refund or a replacement will be offered. 

Similarly if a plant arrives damaged I will endeavour to resolve this as quickly as possible, offering a replacement or refund.
